Education:
I was born and raised in Greece, so I went to my local school before giving my exams and making into uni. I studies mechanical engineering in Athens, Greece at the National Technical University of Athens for 5 years (combined undergrad and grad studies). My focus during the last 2 years was on air and ground trasnport vehicles.
I’ve also studied aerospace engineeering in Stockholn for 6 months as an exchange student. One of my professors was the first Swedish astronaut to go the ISS (International Space Station). -
Work History:
I worked as a mechanical and systems engineer in the past. I designed a system to allow easy oil changes for vehicles, collision countermeasures to minimise risk on accidents, tested the system on the ground, by implementing into a vehicle and running tests on a track. I then moved to a different area which is where I am currently working at.

I joined BP Launchpad a year ago as an analyst. BP Launchpad is making investments in startups in the energy space and providing business building support to accelerate their growth. During my time in this role, I worked in origination (looking out for the next startups to invest in) and worked with our current startups to help them grow. I’ve been involved in technology and product development, legal and IP support, marketing and growth.
The first startup I brought on board is also the one I’m spending most of time with at the moment. It is called VYVE and is looking to help users, understand, track and reduce their carbon footprint. I’m working as a product director, leading the development of our features, woorking with developers, founding team, marketing and growth to deliver the product that our users are looking for. Our main drive is our user’s feedback.
