I work for the NHS where I am a trainee clinical scientist. My area of specialism is in clinical engineering. Some days I work in the medical devices unit. This is a special department in the hospital where the team, made up of an interdisciplinary group of engineers and scientists, work on exciting and diverse projects to meet unique clinical needs. Other days I work in patient clinics, where we are responsible for making scientific clinical measurements that help doctors make decisions about patient diagnosis or treatment.

What did you want to be after you left school?
I wasn't sure at first, but I knew I wanted to do something that would allow me to apply my maths and physics knowledge. Engineering was an excellent choice.
What's your favourite food?
I love Mediterranean food: Italian, Spanish, Greek.
If you had 3 wishes for yourself what would they be? - be honest!
I would love to be able to speak many different languages fluently.
