Does somebody tries to hack into my bank account? 😉
      My favorite drink is Guinness.
The very best one I had was at the lake somewhere in the middle of Scotland.
Was it something in the water there, or maybe air, or maybe I was young, or my family was around?…
      …Possibly all of the above.

I love a glass of wine now and then, but my favorite drink is actually a nice cup of tea…not too hot though😅.

That’s easy – tea! “There is no situation so bad it cannot be improved by a nice cup of tea” … preferably made with real leaf tea (no tea-bags) in a pot, milk in the cup before pouring in the tea. No sugar, thank you. I did once have an argument with a friend about whether putting milk or tea in first made a difference to the temperature, and I went back to my Physics training to work it out; it doesn’t make a difference. But I’ll swear it tastes better for having the milk in first!

I have just finished making a batch of my own Elderflower Champagne – it is excellent! But I have always been a big coffee fan although I limit it to two per day 🙂

Green tea is definitely my favourite but it has to be brewed properly.
My worst (and most confusing) experience of badly brewed tea was ordering genmaicha (brown rice tea, also called popcorn tea) whilst visiting Berlin and getting it served in a pint glass?!?!

Wrt hot beverage it is tea (prepared in the Indian style, with milk, cardamom and ginger) on a rainy morning or afternoon.
Wrt alcoholic beverage I like Dalwhinne 15yr in whisky and Gewürztraminer in wine
For a hot summer day however I make myself a glass of lassi
